Excerpt #1:

Tracing the outline of her jaw, he watched the face of this angel and hated having to wake her. But if she didn't take his blood, he'd lose her for certain and for the first time since he'd turned her, he knew he couldn't bear to think of his world without her.

"Ilona," he whispered near her cheek. "Wake. I'm here."

Slowly her eyelids fluttered open and eyes vacant and lost stared back at him. "Terek?"

Her gaze cut like a knife to his heart. She was nearly gone already, her soul slipping into that void between the vampire and human worlds.

"Look into my eyes, Ilona. Look! I need you to stay with me."

Her eyelids drooped as she began to lose consciousness. Terror raced through his body. There was no more time to wait. Fear of losing her controlled his every move, and his fangs exploded into his mouth. In seconds, he'd pierced his wrist and the blood began to seep from his vein.

Pressing it to her pale lips, he waited in desperation for her to take his blood into her mouth. The blood pooled on her lips, but she made no effort to take it.

"Ilona! Listen to your sire. Drink. Now!" he commanded.

Her eyes opened and turning her head, she whispered, "No. Let me go."

More roughly than he should have, he grabbed her face in his hand and forced her to look at him. "No, I will not lose you! Drink!"

Her voice began to fade and faintly she answered, "Please. I can't live like this."

Terek bent over her and placed a kiss on her lips. The fear that he'd lost her already pressed on his heart and even though he didn't understand why, he was sure when she left him she'd take a piece of his soul with her.

He whispered against her lips one last plea. "Do not take her from me. God, leave her with one who can care for her. I beg of you. Do not take her."

"Why do you want me to live when I don't?" she whispered hoarsely.

"Because there is something special in you as there is in all creatures."

A tiny sigh escaped from between her lips. "You made me this and left me."

Cradling her face in his hands, he said, "I'm sorry. Don't do this. Don't leave me."

"I can't be one of these women. I don't understand this."

Terek kissed her tenderly. "Then don't be. Stay anyway."

Anguish filled her voice. "I woke and I was so hungry. But I don't want food. I hungered for you, but you were gone."

"Take from me everything you hunger for. Take from the one who knows what you need."

Pressing his wrist to her mouth, he fed her soul with his blood. Timid, she stared up at him in fear, but soon her hands held his arm to her lips and she eagerly took what he offered.

Her need for him—for his blood—touched his heart, and a closeness unlike anything he'd experienced in ages came over him. Something about Ilona made him feel like he hadn't felt in almost seven hundred years.

He wanted to save her, to show her the wonders the world offered. If she would allow him, he'd give her that world.

Ilona opened her eyes, and Terek saw that his blood had begun to bring her back from the empty abyss he'd feared and she'd begged for. A tiny smile formed on her lips, making him happy.

Guest Post and Giveaway with Diane Thorne, Demons in Erotic Romance

Please give a warm welcome to Diane Thorne, Author of Demons in Disguise.

 Demons in erotic romance

Upon initial thinking, the two wouldn't seem like a good combination. Typically, demons are evil. They inflict pain and suffering. They are selfish and don't care about people. Only their needs matter.

Well, the last line is true and it works well in erotic romance. My demons are not evil, and neither is my version of Hell. Yes, there is non-stop labor and one becomes a slave to demons, but there's not fire and pain like you'd imagine. This is erotic romance, so my demons are playful and naughty. Yes, they have a job to do, such as collect innocents to bring to Hell so businesses can survive. But they enjoy their jobs, and they especially enjoy sex. Make a deal with one of my playful demons and you'll be in for big ride.

Dominick and Anthony are two sex hungry demons you will meet in Demons in Disguise. Heather is a typical office worker who lusts for two coworkers. Tempted by her friend, she says she'd sell her soul to be with the two men. Those sweet words are music to Anthony's ears. He grabs Dom and teleports to claim Heather before another demon can. Later, disguised as the two coworkers, Anthony and Dom show up at Heather's home and fulfill her every fantasy. (Now see, you can have demons in erotic romance.) When she later learns she had sex with the demons instead of her two coworkers, she's distraught and feels humiliated. But since this is romance, there is a somewhat happy ending. Not a HEA, but HFN. That's good enough, right?

To find out more about my wicked demons, check out Demons in Disguise.

 Blurb:

Heather is attracted to her two coworkers, Chris and Nick. Their toned bodies, charm, and flirtations deepen her desire for them. Overwhelmed with lust, she jokingly states she’d sell her soul to be with them. When they ask her out on a date, she wonders if they have more than a friendly interest in her.

Anthony and Dominick are two sex-hungry demons who enjoy bringing innocents to Hell. They particularly love to collect and play with women. They respond to Heather's call, and disguised as her two coworkers, they fulfill her wildest fantasies.

Chris and Nick admit they want to explore a relationship with her. Heather considers it until they deny having sex with her the night before. Anthony and Dom show up later and reveal the truth. In a strange turn of events, she will have to decide if she wants an eternity filled with playful sex in Hell, or a chance with two men who care for her.

Excerpt:

Anthony had heard the call first. He and Dom had been drinking at The Morning After bar in Hell when Heather had said those sweet words every demon loves to hear. He slammed his glass on the counter, grabbed Dom, and teleported both of them to Heather’s desk. They stood behind her, invisible to all, watching and listening to her talk to her friend and the two men she wanted to take to her bed. Other demons had popped in, but as soon as they saw Dom and Anthony, they vanished. With the decreased amount of new demons arriving, word had to be spreading that Anthony had claimed this innocent.

“This is an easy one. She just wants sex with two men,” Dominick said.

“Can you fucking believe it? She gave up her soul for a ménage a trois. What is it with women today?”

“Perhaps the better question is what’s wrong with the men?”

Anthony chuckled at his longtime friend. “True. The men are nothing like us. They don’t tie their women up, spank them, play with their pussies, or fuck them in every position possible. They don’t make them scream.”

“Because they’re not real men. From what I’ve seen, men today hump their women once and then fall asleep. I’m not surprised we’re getting such easy jobs. These females are horny as the devil himself.”

“It’s sad, Dom. Such beautiful women are missing out.”

“It is. But just think, we can give women what they want and then bring them to Hell where they’ll have to serve us. More workers. More slaves. More freebies. It’s a win-win situation.” A grin spread across Anthony’s face at the thought of so many women in Hell. Yes, they would greatly perk up the place. For the last couple of years, the atmosphere down south had been dull. Few humans had sold their souls, which forced many establishments to shut down or reduce operating hours. Over the centuries, it was common to go through a dry spell for a while. Then business would pick up. In the last few months, the tide had shifted some and more souls populated Hell. Soon, businesses could flourish.

“How close are you to retirement?” Dom asked.

Anthony shook his head, and his sandy-blond strands fell forward over his shoulders. “I don’t know. I don’t track my points.”

Each soul delivered meant a demon earned points, which counted toward retirement. Anthony cared little about the point system. And unlike Dom, he lacked motivation to be a slave driver. Sure, Anthony took pride in his job and delivered plenty of souls to Hell. But he simply wanted to enjoy women—taste them, bite them, fuck them senseless, and hear them scream. If he had a flaw, it was his craving for women. Sometimes he’d pass on jobs if a man had called. And if a freebie occupied Anthony’s time during an innocent’s call, he had no problem waiting for the next one. And there would be another at some point. Until then, he’d enjoy his time with the female beauties in his grasp.

“You planning to work forever?” Dom asked.

“If it means more women to fuck in the flesh, hell yes. Freebies are nice, but there’s nothing like fresh, living pussy.”

Dom slapped his hand on Anthony’s back. “You’re a fine man and demon. Your cock always seems to find the best women. I’m glad you’re my friend.”

“It’s a dirty job which I’m proud to do for eternity.”

“I’m sure you are.” Dom chuckled. “Have you considered how to consummate the deal?”

“Yes, I’ve already devised a plan.” Anthony stiffened. “I will need your help. Let’s have a few drinks and discuss it. I’m confident word has spread one of us has claimed this innocent.”

“Sounds good to me.”

Anthony placed his hand on Dom’s shoulder. Together, they teleported to Damnation Alley in Hell. Demons chatting and laughing walked along the street. Music from one of the clubs attracted a line of demons and damned souls. Another mass crowded in front of the theatre where Little Nicky, The Serpent and the Rainbow, and several hard-core porno movies were playing.

“I’m glad to see they changed the movie selections,” Anthony said as they went around the waiting crowd.

“I ran into Alicia not too long ago, and she wanted to see a comedy. It appears she got her wish.”

“I don’t mind the X-rated movies, personally. They never bore me.”

Anthony slowed as they passed a new sex-toy shop. The clear glass door showed sexy clothes hanging from walls and toys on rack displays. Young men and women with packaged items in their hands waited to check out.

The Italian quickened his pace to catch up with Dom. “I’m glad to see we have new businesses.”

“Better days are coming, without any doubt.”

 Excerpt

The bedroom he'd stay in during what was quickly feeling like his incarceration was as nice as the rest of the house. A king-sized antique bed faced a fireplace, and he had his own bathroom.

Not bad for a prison.

"Maybe I won't have to see her except when she brings me French farm girls," he said with a grin as he laid back to relax on the bed. He didn't have much experience with French women—farm or otherwise—but he suspected they'd be much like any other human female. In all his travels around the world, he hadn't found much difference among human women.

Not that he necessarily paid attention. His time with them was a means to an end. More truthfully, two ends. He needed blood as a vampire to keep him connected to his world, and since none of his vampires were nearby, he'd drink from a human. And he needed that release sex provided—that moment of bliss that quieted the demons and memories.

That he only slept with human females had earned him the nickname "Saint" and a status as some kind of oddity in the vampire world. The sexual joining of sire and vampire was considered to be the most sublime facet of being a vampire sire, and that first taste of a newly-turned vampire's blood slowly teasing her sire's tongue as he entered her was a moment of sheer ecstasy.

Or so he'd heard. Never with any of the hundreds of females he'd sired had Saint slept with one of his vampires. Their turning had always been the same as with the males he'd sired. Of course, when his female vampires heard about what they'd missed out on from others, they asked and even begged for that closeness with him, only to be denied again and again.

The last vampire he'd made love to would be the only vampire to share that with him. He'd gone nearly one hundred years since then. He'd go another hundred or as long as he walked the Earth only sleeping with human women. That was part of his penance. He'd done it for so long, it was part of who he was.

In his limbs, he felt the sun begin to rise higher above the horizon, but restlessness kept him from some much-needed sleep. Being back in this house brought memories of Teagan back once again.

How many nights since hearing of his death had he spent thinking of him? Thoughts of a lifetime ago and the closeness of two brothers made vampire on the same night but by two very different sires crept into his mind.

His brother's sire, the son-of-a-bitch who'd consigned him to this place so full of the past, was nothing like his own sire. Where Vasilije was overbearing and ruled over those he sired with an iron hand, Kir was simply absent. When he was staked just a few years after making Saint a vampire, it meant little since he'd not seen him after being released from his control only months into his new life.

He'd tried to be different with his vampires, but the scars left by his choices ensured that even when he was near them there was a distance that arose from simply being him. More of that penance for what he'd done.

Saint covered his eyes with his forearm and cursed the ability of vampires to remember. How much easier his existence would be if he could forget.

Forget them.

This place.

What he'd done all those years ago that had made him into the creature he was today.

Forget her.

Enchanted Book Tours: Review, Guest Post and Giveaway: Destiny's Mark by KH LeMoyne

Please give a warm welcome to KH LeMoyne who is guest posting today here at BLH.

 A Man’s Undivided Attention

Thank you for having me here at Book Lover’s Hideaway. I hope everyone is having a successful start to their new year!

One of the things I mentioned in an earlier post was how the hero in Destiny’s Mark, Guardian Defense Master Tsu Halan, differs as an eastern alpha from his western counterparts. But in love and family, all the things that count, his is faithful to the code of the man who adores a woman, his woman. Having had two hundred years to consider how best to woo his mate, he’s become creative to the point where her enticement into their relationship means more than weapons or training or group opinion. And he’s saved all his special attention just for her.

In my opinion, you just have to love a man who is all about you! Here’s a small excerpt to prove the point.

 Excerpt

He paused, pressing a kiss to the corner of Jai’s mouth and then her jaw, not meeting her gaze. “Are you sure?”

Was she? Her mind had resolved to try courageous pursuit. Her body agreed, with a racing pulse and hot tingles across her flesh. Only her conscience remained uncommitted, but for one night, it had no vote. “I’m here. You promised me a sensual exploration. A safe one,” she added as a final compromise to her conscience.

“I promised you everything. But I’ll take only whatever you feel safe giving me.”

“I’m here to comfort you.”

“The only comfort I need is your pleasure.” His fingers brushed her temple.

She leaned into his touch. “Then I can’t lose.”

His lips touched hers in a gentle press before his tongue licked across her lower lip. Jai pressed closer, prepared to deepen the kiss when he moved back.

“Will you be completely open to me?”

As if understanding her hesitation, he drew her with him to the far corner of the room. Several long mirrors surrounded a wide, thick mat filled with jewel-colored pillows. He made no move toward his bed, visible in the adjoining room, or to the pillows on the floor.

Instead, he positioned a wide bench before one of the mirrors. He faced her toward the mirror and stood behind her. “The most sensual thing we can share is trust.”

Her heart skipped a beat. She anticipated the waves of spiraling heat his touch ignited. Prepared as well to deal with the backlash of emotions and perhaps guilt from giving in to her sexual desires. But trust was off the table.

He brushed his fingers down the sleeves of her gown and leaned his head beside hers as he watched her in the mirror. “Trust can be earned. Both of us will benefit if we take the time.” His palm rose to cover her naked skin beneath her collarbones. “I offer you my open heart. I will treasure yours if you choose to let me in. For now, I only ask you hear my pledge to you.”

Could he read her thoughts? Her fears? Jai pressed her lips more tightly together and stared at his reflection without blinking. What could she say that her thundering heart wouldn’t already tell him? His dark eyes locked with hers in that reflection.

“I pledge I will not abuse you. I will honor your uniqueness. I will listen to your needs and your fears. And I will offer everything in my power for your pleasure.”

She blinked again, dampness threatening along her lashes. A feeling so close to the desperation she’d felt only during her search threatened to explode.

Have a great day everyone! ~Kate

 Review:
I was kind of worried because I hadn't read the previous books if I might be a bit confused with what was happening in this one, but I am happy to say I wasn't at all . In fact, I am eager to read the first two books in this series.

Tsu and Jai are just my kind of couple I love to read about,  They are true soul mates in every sense of the word.  This is one thing I truly found  unique about this story and these semi- immortals. Their mates are literally soul mates.

I hate to repeat myself, but one thing I want in a good story is connection with the characters to me that is so important and I could honestly connect with all of them especially Jai.  Not to give anything away but one of my favorite parts is how defensive and concerned she was for Dori and Apollo.  Dori's story in itself broke my heart.

Overall I loved this book so much, I have the first book on my Kindle waiting for me and I will definitely be diving into it as soon as I can.  I now have another new author to enjoy and obsess over.

Ben is stunned when Toni leaves and at the arrival of his long lost love, Catherine, but her arrival doesn't eradicate Toni from his mind. Unlikely allies will team up to get Toni back from the Lord of the Underworld, Hades, but it's not Hades they need to worry about.

**This Book Includes Sexual Content**

 Review:

I thought the first book was good but this one was fantastic, it was a bumpy ride of fun , emotions and yes a huge cliffhanger. I really need the third book as in yesterday. I need to know what Toni’s decision is though it kind of leaned one way at the end but not sure if that is exactly the way it’s going to go.

I loved loved this book, read it in one setting and one of my favorite parts is that  we got to see some Greek Gods and Goddesses in this book. If you all didn't know by know but Greek Mythology is one of my favorite things to read about. I have to say though,  I never would I have thought I would like Hades, but in this book I did. And like Toni, I am still torn between Ben and Hades myself.

Overall, this was an excellent sequel, with lots of action, tears , laughter and some hot smexy action. If you haven’t read this series please do so.  First book(Bound to Remember) in this series is Free so that should give you an incentive to give it a try You won’t regret it I promise you.

 Excerpt 2 (Adult):

Closing the door behind him, he reached out to her and pulled her to him, enjoying the feel of her body pressed to his. She was so warm. So willing.

Her hands slid over his stomach and chest as she arched up to kiss him. Bending down, his lips grazed hers for a moment before he pulled her closer, wanting what she offered.

Warm and wet, her mouth eagerly pressed against his and her tongue met his, teasing him with the tip. His fangs had slid into his mouth at the first touch of her hands on his body, and each playful flick of her tongue came so close, just missing them. To feel her tongue against his fangs would be heaven.

His hand tightened its grip in her hair and tugged, making her moan into his mouth. God, he wanted to hear that sound again. The sound of a woman needy for everything he could give her.

Sasa slid her hands over his shoulders and pulled him to her, pressing her breasts against his body as she devoured his mouth. Her tightened nipples rubbed against him, exciting him. Instinctively, he slid his hand under her thin t-shirt and plucked at one hardened pearl through her lacy bra, squeezing it gently between his thumb and forefinger as he cupped the fullness surrounding it.

Again, she moaned, making that sound that hit him directly between his legs. Already rock hard, his cock strained against the front of his pants. Whatever his mind may have thought about sleeping with her, his body had different plans.

And then her tongue flicked over the tip of one fang and sensations raced from his balls, up his cock, and through his body.

“Fuck,” he groaned as she seductively slid her tongue over his fang again. She had to know what she was doing to him. She had been a vampire’s girlfriend.

The idea that he was about to fuck the girlfriend of his dead vampire momentarily made Vasilije pull back from her, but the touch of her hands on his stomach made him forget every guilty feeling he had. Looking down, he watched her fumble with the shirt buttons.

“Sasa.”

At the sound of her name, she looked up and even in the darkness he saw the look of desire on her face. In one swift movement, he pinned her hands above her head. Pushing her up against the wall, he leaned into her and pressed his thigh between her legs, feeling the heat coming from her. Slowly, a low growl slid from his throat.

Sasa pushed against his hands, but he wouldn’t release her. Grinding against his thigh, she arched her body toward his.

His free hand lifted her shirt over her head and in seconds she stood before him in only her bra. A quick flick with his fingers and it was sailing to the floor to join her shirt.

Vasilije cupped one supple breast in his hand and tenderly stroked her silky soft flesh with his fingertips. Eager to feel her on his tongue, he bent his head and captured a nipple, quickly sucking it to an excited peak. A moan drew his attention from her tightened pink nipple, and he looked up to see Sasa’s face. Brown eyes clouded over with need stared into his.

“Please let me touch you. I want to feel you.”

Silently, he released her hands and returned to what his mouth craved. She felt so good in his mouth. Each pull made her grind her pussy against his thigh. Her hands raked through his hair, stroking and tugging as he sensually nibbled on her.

Vasilije couldn’t remember when he’d been with a woman who was so responsive. Every spot his mouth and hands visited aroused her, and she seemed to worship his body as she moved her hands from his hair to caress his neck and shoulders through his shirt. Softly, he grazed her nipple with his fangs and from above he heard her cry out. He stood up and smiled with satisfaction, his sharp fangs aching to sink into her. He was surprised to find not fear in her face but desire—pure desire. Her cry hadn’t been of pain but pleasure.

Was she just drunk or did she realize what he planned to do?

As he studied her in the darkness, she pulled him to her and kissed him with a need that sent a jolt to his cock. His hands made their way to her jeans, and he made quick work of the button and zipper. Only cotton panties stood between him and his goal.

Vasilije slid two fingers under those panties and down through her bare slickness. Sasa wriggled against his hand as her mouth fed on his, her tongue darting in and around the inside passionately.

Bending down to pull her pants off, he whispered in her ear, “Careful, love. Teagan may have been able to control himself when you toyed with his fangs, but I won’t.”

Sasa stood in front of him naked and looking up at him as she licked her lips. Lifting herself onto her toes, she whispered next to his mouth, “You mean like this?” and then slowly ran her tongue over the point of his left fang.

His head thrown back, one thought controlled him now.

 Blurb:

Stacy Justice is looking forward to a lazy summer of hot dogs and beer; swims in the lake with her Great Dane, Thor; and hanging with her rekindled old flame, Chance. But when she gets a creepy anonymous call hinting that her father’s “accidental” death fourteen years ago was actually a murder, she’s too unsettled to relax. Stacy has blamed herself for his death all along—in fact, it’s the reason she’s fought so hard against being a witch. But who’d want to kill an innocent small-time newspaperman?

That’s the question on Stacy’s mind when she casts a spell that goes horribly wrong. And between the white tiger that keeps appearing out of thin air, the body in the lake, the feisty razor-toothed Chihuahua, and the gun-toting maniac, she suddenly has her hands full once again. But solving the mystery of her father’s death is Stacy’s number-one priority…and avenging it, if necessary, is a very close second.

Continuing the thrilling Stacy Justice saga, Tiger’s Eye drives the reluctant witch deeper into the mysteries of her family’s past…and the darker regions of her soul.

 Review:

I discovered the Stacy Justice series last year and loved them so much I couldn't wait for this book. I am happy to say this book was worth the wait.

This book picks up where we left off. It felt so good to follow Stacy around . It felt like being home again with these characters.

Stacy will not let things go until figures out the mystery. I said it before I'll say it again Stacy has to be one of me favorite female characters. She's strong, stubborn, funny and kick ass! Chance, her lovable eccentric aunts, grandmother ,her cousin, Cinnamon(love that name) and Thor her great Dane and familiar are all back as well.

Here we go on another crazy ride to find out if her father had been truly murdered. This book was hilarious and kept me on the edge of my seat. If you're looking hot smexy action this doesn't have it. But honestly you won't miss it. It works without it.

Check this book out, I promise you won't regret it.

Genre: Paranormal Romance

Vampires and Witches and Myths, oh my!

Kevin’s jealousy of Ben blinds him from his main objective, Toni. A dangerous secret is revealed and a magic spell seems to be a quick remedy, but the witch that helps has a little more than magic up her sleeve…

Author Bio:

Lola James has been reading romance novels since her teens, and fell in love with the paranormal after discovering Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles. Her love of the dark worlds of vampires and witches, as well as her fascination with Greek mythology led her to create the Spellbound Series, an ongoing Paranormal Romance combining all of the above into tales of suspense with a little bit of humor in an Urban Fantasy setting.

A long time lover of reading and writing with a passion for a great story, James became discouraged by the complicated and arbitrary publishing process, James had initially set down her laptop and her hopes of being a writer. However, with the purchase of her first e-reader, James became re-energized by the new possibilities for an undiscovered author to reach the masses. Dusting off her keyboard she finally finished Bound to Remember, the first book of the Spellbound Series and self-published it. Energized and ambitious, James is now hard at work on both the Spellbound Series as well as the Fate Series, a paranormal romance about dreams and what happens if they come true.

Living in Southern California with her two beautiful children, James finds time to write in between her full-time job as a mother as well as her other full-time job as an HR manager, as well as her academic schedule as she studies for her Master’s degree which she hopes to complete in 2013. With the success of Bound to Remember, James hopes to continue to reach an audience that will allow her to leave her HR job and focus on her writing as a full time career.

 Excerpt

"Hello,” I held out my hand; “I'm Dr. Toni Hollander, but you can call me Toni.” He stared at me as if he were looking right though me and ignored my extended hand. A wave of embarrassment washed over me and I pulled my hand back. Maybe I imagined that staring thing with him a minute ago. My thoughts retreated to Kevin. He had only been the last in a long line of failed relationships, and I was starting to wonder if my terrible taste in men had struck again.

"Where are my manners? I am Benjamin, but you may call me Ben," he said with a toothy grin, as he pulled my hand into his. His hand was a degree colder than normal even in a hospital with the air conditioning set at the same temperature as the North Pole. I looked at his hand then wondered if his hot and cold behavior was from his own embarrassment. He was a bit clammy. I relaxed with that thought and smiled.

 Review:

I had this book sitting on my Kindle shelf for awhile now, and I finally decided to read it after finishing another book by Lola . Again, she won me over with the characters and the story line.

What I love about her books is that I can relate with her lead female characters, they aren’t perfect, they have or seem to think they have imperfections. Toni is no exception. Though she is a doctor, she isn’t like her friend Dawn. Popular with the guys and such. Then walks in Ben, tall, dark and oh so sexy. He is a nurse who attracts everyone around him but he only has eyes for one and that is Toni.

This was such a fun read and didn’t end like I expected to, of course with a cliffhanger, but lucky I bought book 2 so I won’t have to wait long to find out what happens. If you haven’t read any of Lola’s books I highly suggest you do so, if you are fan of light, fun, paranormal.

 Blurb:

Good girls don’t wear fur or fight over men, and they certainly don’t run around naked, howling at the moon.

But then, no-one ever called Fallon a good girl.

As a human unofficially mated to an Alpha werewolf, Fallon is being pressured to “become”... or be gone.

Her mate Aiden, the interim leader of the Olde Town Pack, is in a position that demands he either choose a wolf mate or leave the pack forever. No matter how hot the sex with Fallon is, he can’t ignore centuries of tradition.

Become a wolf or not: If only the choice were that simple! Fallon’s options are further clouded by the overt presence of other females desperate to be the Alpha’s mate. And when these bitches get serious, it’s not just claws that come out. If Fallon wants to keep her man and take the title, she’ll have to exert a little dominance of her own.

 Review:

As many of you know, the Immortalis series was my favorite New to me series last year so when I heard Fallon was going to get her own book I was so excited. Though it took me awhile to get to it, all I can say it rocked! I just knew Katie wouldn't disappoint. And I was right.

This was a short quick smexy read and I enjoyed every minute of it. It had drama of whether or not Fallon was going to turn or not. It made me chuckle more than once and squeal with delight when a couple of my favorite characters made an appearance. Nicholas in particular .

I am sad it's over and now I have to wait until the next book and can you guess who that is? Nicholas..... I sure hope we don't have to wait too long. So if you haven't read anything by Katie Salidas please do . You won't be sorry I promise you..

 Review:

Here is another book I have been wanting to read for a long time and just kept pushing it back on my to be read list. Partly due to the fact I didn't have all the books in the series. I am kind of funny that way. Anyway enough of my rambling.

I loved every part of this book. So much so that I would love to live in this apartment building. Can you imagine having a ghost and various other paranormal beings living right next to you. I would so love that to be honest. The characters were hilarious, especially Carl the sarcastic ghost. He was so much fun. I almost loved him more than the main characters. The characters I couldn't stand were, Aunt Dottie and Lila. I could slap both of these women. The fact I felt that way, means the author did an amazing job writing them.

This was such a fun read and I can't wait to dive into the next book. If by chance you haven't read this, I highly recommend it.

Now Kane’s life is on the line, and consequently, Jade’s soul is compromised. She’ll need all the help she can get, including Lailah’s, as she fights her way through Hell to save her ex and Kane—and her entire existence.

 Review

Is it possible for third book in series to be even better than previous two? With this book The answer is yes! This book was, in fact insanely good. It kept me guessing all the way through with a couple jaw dropping moments.

Jade barely has had time to recover from her last two crazy, life altering experiences(ghosts then witches) then she has to go to Hell to save a friend but to complicate matters, Zane needs help too.

I swear this was a crazy ride from start to finish. I am so glad I read this series and can't wait for the next book, Angel 's of Bourbon Street. If you haven't read this series, I hate to sound like a broken record but you really should.

If I could rate this higher I would....
